A free 30-minute needs analysis. You tell us where it hurts, we tell you honestly whether a diagnostic is worth it, and which one.
Intake call, a 36-question questionnaire, a review of your documents and systems, and short interviews with the people who do the work. About three to four hours of your team’s time for this part.
Scored against the same five bands as every client, with every opportunity rated on impact, frequency, pain and feasibility. The workings are shown, so you can argue with them.
